About the Role

The Company is in search of a Global Head of High Yield and Leveraged Loans, Managing Director to join their Global Fixed Income Solutions team. The successful candidate will be a strategic and experienced investment leader, responsible for leading the portfolio management efforts across indexed and enhanced high yield and leveraged loan strategies. This role requires driving performance and innovation in these asset classes, managing a team of portfolio managers, and developing enhanced investment processes that integrate fundamental, quantitative, and macroeconomic insights. The Global Head will also be expected to collaborate with senior leadership to align strategies with firm-wide objectives, engage with clients and internal stakeholders to communicate investment philosophy and performance, and ensure effective risk management practices within the high yield and leveraged loan asset classes.

Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in high yield and/or leveraged loan portfolio management or credit research, with a proven track record of managing investment teams and delivering strong performance in sub-investment grade markets. An advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required, and a CFA® designation is desirable. The role demands a deep understanding of credit analysis, capital structures, and global credit markets, as well as strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills. Proficiency in credit modeling tools and portfolio management systems is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at issuer selection, risk management, and will have a strong ability to integrate various investment insights into the portfolio management process.
