About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Forage Partner Success and Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and maintaining relationships with partner organizations, with a focus on driving the utilization and impact of talent products. This role involves crafting and executing strategies to best serve the partner community, particularly in support of executive relationships. The Managing Director will also lead a team of Success Leaders and Production staff, overseeing their performance and development, and will work closely with commercial, sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance partner relationships and influence product and service strategy.
Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10-12 years' of relevant experience, with a background in sales, account management, or partner success. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to engage with senior executives, and a proven track record in a commercial revenue environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in enterprise account management, a deep understanding of the target customer market, and a commitment to a culture of continuous learning and development. The Managing Director will be expected to lead a team, manage processes, and contribute to the company's mission and values.
