We’re now looking for a Managing Director – Enterprise AI Transformation to join our high-impact Growth Strategy team to shape and expand our AI platform business across strategic payer enterprise accounts.
As Managing Director – Enterprise AI Transformation, you will be a key leader responsible for shaping, growing, and scaling Innovaccer’s AI platform adoption across the healthcare enterprise market. You’ll work directly with C-level stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CFOs) across payers, and digital health organizations to drive large-scale transformation initiatives powered by AI.
You will combine deep healthcare domain knowledge with consultative problem-solving skills to shape strategic roadmaps, build trusted executive partnerships, and drive portfolio expansion of our AI platform and solutions.
A Day in the Life
Lead Strategic Growth : Drive expansion of Innovaccer’s AI platform (Gravity) by identifying, shaping, and closing new enterprise transformation opportunities.
C-Suite Partnering : Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and CFOs on AI readiness, digital transformation, and data strategy. Build and maintain strategic executive relationships.
Platform Portfolio Growth : Expand platform footprint across clinical, operational, and financial domains—partnering with product, sales, and solution engineering teams to drive adoption.
Transformation Advisory : Design enterprise AI roadmaps, help clients move from pilot to production at scale, and guide implementation and change management strategies.
Thought Leadership : Represent Innovaccer in industry forums, strategic briefings, and customer innovation sessions to showcase AI-led transformation capabilities.
Team Leadership : Mentor and lead cross-functional growth pods, including consultants, solution architects, and analysts to drive client success and internal acceleration.
What You Need
12–15+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise consulting.
Proven background at a top-tier consultancy with a focus on healthcare and AI/digital platforms.
Deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape (providers, payers, HIT, data platforms, interoperability).
Strong executive presence and ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in leading AI/digital platform growth initiatives.
Strong analytical, storytelling, and commercial acumen.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, engineering, business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
