This position offers the opportunity to lead their US operations remotely, with a focus on driving strategic growth, overseeing financial and operational performance, and leading a talented team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic plans for the electrical utilities business.
* Oversee financial and operational performance to ensure business objectives are met.
* Lead, inspire, and manage a team of professionals across the US.
* Identify, evaluate, and manage risks to the business.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
* 15+ years of experience in the electrical utilities or transmission line engineering industry.
* Proven leadership and management experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
