Our firm has advised on more than $60 billion in deals and continues to provide cutting-edge strategies that empower organizations to negotiate stronger, influence effectively, and maximize outcomes.

Our success is driven by a team including incredible Senior Principals, each bringing deep expertise across procurement, real estate, finance, private equity, and strategic decision-making. At Medvec & Associates, we are passionate about equipping organizations with the skills and strategies they need to succeed in today’s complex business landscape.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an exceptionally bright, driven, organized, and detail-oriented individual with an exceptional work ethic and passion for the world of business. In this position, you will work with Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries and functions such as real estate, healthcare, energy, tech, CPG, and private equity. The pace is fast, with the opportunity to learn more in one year at Medvec & Associates than usually available in three years at typical professional services firms through the exposure to Dr. Medvec’s sessions, training, consulting, and MBA classes. Not only will the Director have the chance to be exposed to deal making at the C-suite level, but will also have the advantage of sharpening personal negotiation and decision-making skills.

In addition to working directly with Dr. Medvec, the Director will also support the Managing Directors of the firm, composed of accomplished professionals from varying industries with top business school backgrounds.

This is a one-year contract position that requires availability of at least 30 hours per week, with the ability to extend the commitment after one year. While most of the work is completed virtually, travel for workshops and meetings will be required. Candidates in the Chicago area are preferred.
