Responsibilities Collaborate with subject matter experts and leaders across the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) organization to develop and direct integrated campaigns that build brand and deliver commercial value. Ensure alignment between Sector, Service Line, Industry, Area, and go-to-market teams while driving integrated campaigns across markets. Lead strategic programs to strengthen EY’s brand in core domains and enhance market permission for EY’s insight‑driven solutions within the Managed Services growth area.
Skills and Attributes for Success Adept at creating and executing integrated marketing programs and go-to-market initiatives aligned with the firm’s broader business plans and priorities. Ability to lead strategic campaigns and cross-channel initiatives spanning markets to support EY’s Managed Services growth ambitions. Strong leadership to integrate across sectors, service lines, regions, and other BMC programs for high-impact delivery. Demonstrated success building relationships and collaborating with EY business teams. Ability to provide direction, guidance, and mentorship for team members managing key programs and deliverables.
To qualify for the role, you must have 12+ years of experience in marketing and business development Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; MBA desired Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentations) and strong listening, interpretation and influencing abilities Excellent project management, team-building and interpersonal communication skills Ability to articulate complex subject matter clearly for broad audiences Poise and confidence to interact professionally with all levels of leadership Strong understanding of environmental factors affecting the firm, the practice and markets
Ideally, you’ll also have Experience driving a content portfolio behind strategic touchpoints and relationship-building programs Knowledge-sharing skills and ability to create engagement, stickiness, and pull-through from a marketing perspective Project management experience for medium to large, complex projects

What We Offer You Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $128,700 to $247,800 (and $154,500 to $281,600 for NYC Metro, WA, and CA excluding Sacramento). Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and paid time off options. Salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Hybrid work model: most external client-serving roles are expected to work in person 40-60% of the time per engagement or year.
