This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and direct all maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance and repairs.

Supervise and train maintenance staff.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.

Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.

Maintain facility equipment, building systems, and grounds.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a healthcare facility maintenance leadership role preferred.
