Position : Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance operations of a well-established facility. This is a full-time, leadership role with a focus on ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of the building and grounds.

Responsibilities :

Manage all aspects of facility maintenance, including preventative, corrective, and emergency repairs. Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, including scheduling and task assignments. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Manage vendor relationships and contract services. Monitor and maintain facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Develop and manage maintenance budgets and inventory.

Requirements :

Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field, with leadership experience. Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and safety protocols. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a team and work independently. Ability to handle emergency situations with calm and efficiency.
