* performing cleaning activities such as mopping, shampooing and other floor care duties * performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks * Install appliances and checking functionality of equipment. (i.e. fire alarm) * Collaborate with other professionals during renovations * Room reconditioning before and after resident move in/outs * Maintain compliance with all local state and federal rules as they relate to preventative maintenance, fire safety and other facility maintenance issues * Compliance with all local state and federal rules as they relate to maintenance, preventative maintenance, fire safety and other related facility maintenance issues. * Implement and maintain an organized preventative maintenance plan required documentation, HVAC/PTAC units, floor care. * Perform minor carpentry and masonry repairs, electrical repairs, plumbing and heating system repairs etc....

*Requirements :*

* High school diploma & minimum 1 year of Full Time experience in maintenance related field (preferred) * Demonstrated caring attitude towards those in needs of care * Ability to work with limited supervision * Ability to works with others in a positive way and finding solutions to challenges.
