As the Maintenance Director, you will oversee all maintenance and housekeeping operations, ensuring the efficiency and safety of our facilities. Join us to lead our maintenance and housekeeping team and drive excellence in all our operations. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure optimal performance of all facilities. Oversee the maintenance and housekeeping team, providing leadership, training, and development opportunities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Coordinate and manage all maintenance activities, including scheduling and resource allocation. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance needs. Manage the maintenance budget and optimize costs without compromising quality. Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and activities. Stay updated on the latest maintenance technologies and implement them to improve operations. Prepare reports and documentation on maintenance activities and outcomes. Ensure work orders are completed within 48 hours (non-emergency). Be available for emergencies in the building (after-hour calls included).
