Join our compassionate team and apply today! Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Durham, NC for a Maintenance Director. The Maintenance Director will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the facility, managing carpentry, and ensuring the effective operation of facility management. Daily tasks include supervising maintenance teams, coordinating maintenance projects, managing facility budgets, and ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. The Maintenance Director plays a key role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for residents and staff.
