Requirements
- Fully licensed mental health therapist at the Master’s level or above
- Accepted licenses include: LMHC, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD (state-dependent)
- Active NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
