Requirements

• Fully licensed mental health therapist at the Master’s level or above

• Accepted licenses include: LMHC, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, PsyD (state-dependent)

• Active NPI number

• Malpractice insurance
