Overview Lemonada Media seeks a full-time Director, Video & Social Sales who is a platform expert and strategic operator to lead sales across Lemonada’s emerging (video, social, and digital) ad markets. As the Director, Video & Social Sales, you will act as Lemonada’s internal expert on these emerging platforms and own how we bring new formats to market.
The Director, Video & Social Sales reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Sales & Business Development, collaborating with fellow members of the business development, as well as executive, ad operations, production, and marketing teams, to build new revenue-driving opportunities across the network and achieve ambitious revenue goals.
Responsibilities Meet or exceed individual annual revenue goal
Own and cultivate relationships with key corporate sponsors, along with SVP, Sales & Business Development, colleagues, and CEO
Build a portfolio of new and renewal corporate sponsors through research and outreach
Manage relationships with agencies for emerging platform ad sales
Manage strong relationships with talent and talent teams
Diagnose existing offerings and develop new monetization strategies
Develop and maintain pricing and packaging frameworks across video, social, and digital offerings
Identify gaps by show/platform and recommend opportunities to maximize yield
Design cross-platform inventory strategies, balancing embedded and dynamically inserted ads across platforms
Analyze data and recommend cross-functional approaches
Analyze platform analytics (e.g. Omny, YouTube, social) into actionable insights for Business Development and Marketing teams
Partner with Marketing to develop go-to-market collateral and advertiser-facing materials for video, social, and digital campaigns
Develop 360 bundles that succeed in expanding current sponsor business and in securing new business
Conduct analysis and postmortems to inform future strategy and optimize ROI
Contribute to strong internal collaboration and processes
Effectively prepare the CEO for any meetings or engagement with current or potential partners, including meeting prep, and follow-up
Work with the ad operations team, marketing team, and clients to ensure seamless development and delivery of ad copy/social content/video content, as well as timely invoicing, data tracking, and reporting on all accounts
Manage all information systems and data tracking to support the selling process
Work cross-functionally with broader Lemonada team to achieve all outcomes
Act as internal subject matter expert on monetization strategy for all video, social, and digital platforms
Ensure a strong return on investment and a high level of customer service for external stakeholders
Act as a lead account executive from sourcing through deal-closing including managing ongoing client relations, communications, and data-sharing
Build strong relationships with partners, generating renewals and expanding support over time
At least 5-10 years relevant professional experience – digital media, ad ops, or sales operations, with experience across video and social platforms; previous experience in advertising sales and/or podcast sales a plus
Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translating the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Exceptional ability to build and navigate relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders
Expertise in video and social ad analytics platforms (e.g. Google Ad Manager, YouTube Studio Analytics, and/or TikTok Ads Manager)
A passion for data-driven decision making and strategy-building
Deeply organized with top-notch attention to detail
Desire and ability to work in fast-paced, growing, entrepreneurial environment
Strong judgment and ability to manage confidential information and data
Ability to work collaboratively, with kindness and support, with colleagues across multiple Lemonada teams

Employment Logistics This position is full-time. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Expected Start Date : early 2026
Location: Remote but preferably based in NYC or LA Metro areas. Limited travel required.
