- Base Pay: $25/hour + Performance Commission
- Annual Earning Potential: Up to $65,000+ per year, with room for further growth
- 30-40 Hours/Week

Better Me is a fast-growing Bay Area-based learning center brand, offering personalized, effective math learning for K–8 students. Through a powerful combination of curriculum, system, and human support, we are scaling a new kind of education experience.
We are hiring full-time Center Managers to lead and grow our flagship learning centers in the Bay Area. As the Center Manager, you'll operate your center like a business owner — with full support from headquarters — and play a critical role in shaping students' learning experiences, families' trust, and the future of the Better Me brand.
- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure smooth classroom and scheduling flow
- Build a positive and trusted relationship with families
- Monitor student learning and track satisfaction
- Promote your center through school outreach, events, and local partnerships
- Convert trial students into long-term enrollments
- Work closely with our Growth Team to focus on achieving center targets
- Recruit and train tutors with HQ support
- Create a fun, professional, and reliable team culture
- Ensure team quality through feedback and coaching
- Help pilot new systems, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ departments (training, curriculum, marketing)
- Outgoing, positive, and people-oriented
- Organized and dependable — you get things done
- Willing to learn marketing and operational skills
- Interested in building your own long-term career
- Excited to lead your own small team and grow something from 0 to 1
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Based in the Bay Area & available for in-person full-time work
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus — but not required
