Overview The City of Redwood Falls is seeking a Library Director with a Master of Library Science degree preferred or B.A./B.S. in Library Science or related field with preferably 3-5 years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in a library or related field. Responsibilities Plan, prepare and administer a budget; maintain accurate records and prepare clear, detailed reports. Train and supervise staff; maintain an effective working relationship with staff, the public and other governmental agencies. Provide strong customer service; experience with an automated library system; skills in electronic and on-line searching; knowledge of a wide variety of books and authors. Qualifications Master of Library Science degree preferred or B.A./B.S. in Library Science or related field. 3-5 years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in a library or related field preferred. Flexible schedule required. Salary Salary range is $70,262.00/year to $92,373.00/year with an excellent benefit package.
