Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Kitchen Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about food safety, operational excellence, and building great teams. You’ll work directly with the existing back of house leaders and oversee a fast-paced kitchen focused on producing hot, fresh, and safe food in a clean environment. This role requires strong decision-making, the ability to create systems that support growth, and the leadership skills to bring clarity and calm in high-pressure situations. You’ll have the authority and autonomy to own the kitchen while being backed by a leadership team that is transparent, supportive, and invested in your long-term success.
Your Impact
- Oversee all daily operations in the Back of House and lead a team of 30+ team members and 3-5 coordinators
- Maintain and champion food safety procedures
- Collaborate with senior leadership and fellow Directors to set and execute weekly, monthly, and yearly goals
- Build a high-performance team through coaching, goal setting, and accountability
- Lead with a proactive and self-directed approach and lead others to do the same
- Promote a culture of care, safety, and excellence every day in the kitchen
Background Profile
- ServSafe Certified (required)
- 2-3 years of previous high-level, high-volume kitchen leadership experience
- Previous Chick-fil-A experience (highly preferred)
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
- Desire to lead yourself and others
