Understand customer business strategies and collaborate with subject matter experts to create tailored solutions. Drive revenue growth through new business development. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience: 10+ years of direct B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 1000 companies . Proven track record in new business development (selling professional services). Experience with large-volume sales ($250K+ per deal). Familiarity with varied sales cycles (3–12 months). Demonstrated ability to generate leads and increase revenue. Other: Must live in the greater Philadelphia area . Career stability (max 3 jobs in the last 10 years). Comfort with highly leveraged commission/bonus structures . Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $140K base salary + uncapped commission & bonuses (total comp: $140K–$200K+ ).
