The Difference You Make: As an Executive Director in Investment Banking Coverage, you will focus on leading client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving revenue generation for the firm. This role requires significant transaction leadership experience and a track record of successful deal execution.
• Originate and drive new business opportunities across M&A, capital markets, and financing solutions.
• Analyze detailed corporate and financial information and conduct detailed due diligence.
• Oversee the strategic direction and execution of complex transactions.
• Develop and implement client coverage strategies to expand revenue generation.
• Provide thought leadership and market insights to clients and internal teams.
• Mentor and develop junior talent, contributing to the growth and success of the coverage team.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers at companies in the [sector] industry globally. Prospect new clients and develop client outreach skills.
• Travel as requested by senior deal team members and or clients

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent: in Finance, Business or equivalent degree - Required. Master's Degree/ MBA
MBA - Preferred.
9+ Years Experience in Leveraged Finance Investment Banking - Preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, and have the aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and to develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to manage projects independently and assume a high level of responsibility.
• Ability to interact with clients.
• Ability to assess and mitigate reputational, operational and credit risk.
• Experience with sell-side and buy-side merger and acquisition processes and equity and debt capital raises.

What Else You Need To Know
: The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
Base Pay Range
Minimum: $225,000.00 USD
Maximum: $330,000.00 USD
