As a Director of Client Partnerships, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Finance & Accounting Interim Solutions practice in Minnesota. We're looking for someone who is not only adept at building strong partnerships with business leaders but is also fueled by an insatiable curiosity to explore new companies and networks. Your innate curiosity will be essential in identifying emerging trends, understanding client needs deeply, and innovating our approach to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.
In this role, you will:
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers to be aware of current and upcoming interim and project needs within finance and accounting
Build partnerships with Twin Cities based organizations through existing relationships or the cultivation of new connections through various prospecting tactics
Identify qualified project candidates based on relevant job criteria through a partnership with the Finance and Accounting Solutions recruiting team and by using internet resources, networking, and referrals
Assist in candidate interview preparation to ensure an effective and informative interview process
Function as an intermediary between client and candidate during the interview process to effectively respond to issues and concerns
Quality control follow-up during and after the project placement to ensure the success of your F&A consultants
Work collaboratively with the other practice areas within Versique to ensure the continued success of the firm and fulfillment of core values
Qualifications to succeed in this role:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
An active network of local finance and accounting leaders and/or business leaders
A self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently
Results and performance-driven, and comfortable with working in a high-achieving, collaborative environment
Strong analytical skills and the ability to seek out and understand client needs

Location: St. Louis Park, MN
Schedule: Onsite/Hybrid- the office is open Monday through Friday. Employees may take advantage of the hybrid work schedule by working remotely Monday and Friday while working onsite Tuesday through Thursday.
Salary: Anticipated Total Comp year 1 between $125k-$150k+ which includes base salary and uncapped commission.
