The Mariemont Care Center - Admissions Director – The Mariemont Care Center Location: 7010 Rowan Hill Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45227

Are you an experienced admissions professional who enjoys making families feel welcome? The Mariemont Care Center is looking for an Admissions Director who is familiar with the Mariemont area and ideally lives nearby. In this role, you’ll work side by side with our experienced Director of Marketing , building strong relationships with hospital systems and creating a seamless, positive admission experience for our residents and their families.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage the full admissions process with attention to detail.

Partner with our marketing team and local hospitals to coordinate admissions.

Serve as the first point of contact, providing warm, concierge-level service to residents and families.

Ensure rooms are prepared and all admission details are handled efficiently.

Give facility tours, highlighting the care and amenities The Mariemont Care Center offers.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong background in customer service and admissions processes.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Familiarity with the Mariemont area is preferred.

Healthcare or senior living experience is a plus.
