Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Job Description This role is responsible for supporting clients with various tasks within the accounting and finance functions. Job Responsibilities Function in capacities including Controller, CFO, or Project Leader for clients. Manage multiple client stakeholders simultaneously. Prepare miscellaneous accounting reports. Lead and participate in various ad hoc projects. Oversee all aspects of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing. Perform due diligence procedures for clients. Assist clients with SEC Reporting. Resolve complex accounting issues and assist with implementing new accounting standards such as ASC606 and ASC842. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience. Experience with public, private, or private equity companies. Proficiency with ERP systems like NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP. Experience with MS Excel at an advanced level. CPA certification preferred. Skills and Abilities Technical skills appropriate to experience level. High professionalism under pressure. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to travel at least 50%. Additional Information Salary ranges vary by location, e.g., California: $75.00/hr - $105.00/hr.
