Job Overview This role involves supporting clients with various accounting and finance tasks, including overseeing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, assisting with SEC reporting, and resolving complex accounting issues. Key Responsibilities Function in roles such as Controller, CFO, or Project Leader for clients Manage multiple client stakeholders effectively Prepare various accounting reports Lead ad hoc projects and initiatives Perform due diligence procedures Assist clients with SEC reporting and the implementation of new accounting standards (ASC606, ASC842) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required); Master’s preferred 10+ years of relevant experience, including public, private, or private equity sectors Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level preferred) CPA certification (preferred) Skills and Abilities Strong technical accounting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities Willingness to travel approximately 50% Additional Information Compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, and location, with ranges provided per state.
