The Interim Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department, managing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations, and improving patient care services. Daily tasks will include infection control, developing and implementing nursing policies, supervising clinical operations, and coordinating long-term care programming.
