Base pay range $52.00/hr - $58.00/hr Overview Scion Nonprofit Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Interim Director of Finance on behalf of our wonderful nonprofit partner located in Scottsdale, Arizona! This full-time onsite role offers the opportunity to lead and oversee all aspects of finance and accounting operations during a critical transition period. The Interim Director of Finance will be a key member of the leadership team, ensuring sound financial stewardship, compliance, and strategic guidance. This hands-on leader will oversee daily accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while collaborating with leadership, board committees, and external vendors to ensure smooth and effective financial management. Position Overview In this interim role, you will direct all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, audits, and compliance. You will work closely with the Executive Director, Finance Committee, and leadership team to ensure financial stability, provide accurate and timely reporting, and strengthen processes and systems. This role requires a highly engaged, detail-oriented leader with nonprofit finance expertise who is ready to step in and provide immediate impact.
