Interim Clinical Operations Director Cardiology Needed!
The Position An Interim Clinical Operations Director Cardiology is needed to oversee and stabilize cardiology services. Key responsibilities include stabilizing the department, assisting in the recruitment and hiring of a permanent leader, and developing strong relationships with staff and physicians to create a culture of accountability. Other duties include optimizing workflows, improving procedural scheduling, and enhancing first case on-time starts. The ideal candidate will have over ten years of leadership experience in cardiology , with exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to step in during complex procedures. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements Bachelor's degree required in healthcare or a related field
Master's degree preferred. RN license is not required, but would be helpful. Extensive experience in cardiology operations and leadership within an acute care setting is required.

Compensation Details Compensation Range: $175,000 to $185,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
