The role provides leadership and oversight for 12 Operating Rooms across both main hospital and outpatient surgical settings, ensuring excellence in patient care, safety, quality and compliance in alignment with the organization’s mission and standards.

Assignment Details: Initial 6-month contract (potential for extension or permanent placement) Candidate must be open to considering a permanent position

Requirements: Education: RN required; Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred License: State of CA RN license required Certifications: BLS & ACLS through the AHA required; CNOR, CAPA, CPAN preferred Experience: Minimum of five years of surgical nursing management experience within the past three years in an acute care hospital, health system, or comparable surgical setting.
