HCT is seeking an experienced nursing professional to serve as Interim Clinical Director of Surgical Services for a Bay Area health system. The role provides leadership and oversight for 12 Operating Rooms across both main hospital and outpatient surgical settings, ensuring excellence in patient care, safety, quality and compliance in alignment with the organizations mission and standards.

Requirements: Education: RN required; Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred License: State of CA RN license required Certifications: BLS & ACLS through the AHA required; CNOR, CAPA, CPAN preferred Experience: Minimum of five years of surgical nursing management experience within the past three years in an acute care hospital, health system, or comparable surgical setting.
