Overview We are seeking a strategic professional to lead insurance and risk management efforts, ensuring operational and financial protection. This role involves managing policies, mitigating risks, overseeing claims, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize insurance policies (malpractice, liability, workers' compensation, property). Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Oversee claims and collaborate with legal and internal teams for efficient resolution. Review contracts and vendor agreements for compliance and alignment with standards. Provide leadership with risk assessments and cost-effective insurance solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 5+ years’ experience in risk management or corporate insurance (healthcare preferred). Strong knowledge of healthcare-specific insurance and risk practices. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proven ability to work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and medical teams. ARM or CRM certifications preferred.
