Patient-Focused: We prioritize the well-being of those we serve, emphasizing individualized care tailored to their needs. Position Details Mixed clinical and administrative role (anticipated 65%-70% clinical duties). Oversee the medical team, ensuring high standards of care, and contribute to strategic planning. Provide collaborative supervision for NP/PAs. Deliver inpatient psychiatric care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Lead and support program development, quality improvement, and outcomes initiatives. Work schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends and overnight call. Manageable caseload: approximately 12 patients per day. Employment options: Independent Contractor / 1099 or W-2 employed arrangements. Monthly stipends for Medical Director and APRN supervision. Qualifications MD/DO degree from an accredited institution. Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Psychiatry. Licensed to practice in Texas or eligible to obtain licensure. Meet all credentialing requirements for participating physicians.
