Located in Temple, Texas, our state-of-the-art facility, opened in November 2020, provides compassionate inpatient and outpatient treatment for adults, adolescents, and older adults facing mental health and mood disorders. Position Details Mixed clinical and administrative role (anticipated 65%-70% clinical duties). Oversee the medical team, ensuring high standards of care, and contribute to strategic planning. Provide collaborative supervision for NP/PAs. Deliver inpatient psychiatric care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Lead and support program development, quality improvement, and outcomes initiatives. Work schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends and overnight call. Manageable caseload: approximately 12 patients per day. Employment options: Independent Contractor / 1099 or W-2 employed arrangements. Monthly stipends for Medical Director and APRN supervision. Qualifications MD/DO degree from an accredited institution. Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Psychiatry. Licensed to practice in Texas or eligible to obtain licensure. Meet all credentialing requirements for participating physicians.
