Eagle is looking for a motivated IT Director to direct, plan and implement all technology components of the business.

Responsibilities

Identify technology needs and make recommendations to leadership Maintain the company's hardware and software programs Develop policies for managing the IT infrastructure Handle technology updates and train employees on these updates Configure new employee systems including laptops Manage inventory of company hardware/software Manage upgrades, installations and maintenance of company systems Make sure the systems are secure Conduct phishing training to employees Follow up with reported issues to ensure they are resolved Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 6 plus years of building and maintaining IT systems for mid-sized companies Expertise in in performing system upgrades and installation of new applications High degree of professionalism and presentation skills Exceptional customer service skills Strong ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Work Conditions: Perform other job-related duties as assigned Sitting and working at a desk for extended periods of time Benefits: Competitive pay & bonus eligibility 401(k) matching Health, dental and vision insurance Flexible spending and health savings accounts Paid time off

Salary Range: 160-175k

Location: This position is based at our headquarters in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, with occasional travel as needed.
