We are seeking a dynamic Director of Information Technology to serves as a strategic partner and change leader, working closely with DIA's leadership to define and execute a digital strategy that advances the organization's mission, relevance, and global impact. Leveraging DIA's extensive content assets, this role drives the development of innovative digital products and services while strengthening the organization's technology infrastructure. The Director will lead a global Business & Digital Technology team, manage third-party vendor relationships, and ensure the effective execution of DIA's digital technology strategy to deliver measurable value for members, staff, and partners.

Define and articulate the vision, objectives, and roadmap for technology capabilities that enable business growth and mission innovation. Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to design, execute, and communicate a digital strategy aligned with DIA's mission, vision, and values. Identify opportunities and risks related to products and services, including competitive positioning, innovation potential, and marketplace challenges. Lead the development and delivery of digital products and services that create measurable value for DIA members and the broader ecosystem. Leverage data analytics to maximize business and mission impact, while ensuring data privacy, security, and compliance. Oversee secure, efficient, and cost-effective technology operations and ensure alignment with regulatory and governance standards. Establish and maintain effective technology governance frameworks and industry best practices that adapt to evolving business needs. Oversee core technology platforms, including Association Management Systems, Web Content Management Systems, e-commerce systems, and customer transaction experiences. Act as a change leader, driving adoption of new technologies to achieve higher utilization and ROI. Manage global vendor relationships (on-shore, near-shore, and offshore) to ensure performance, accountability, and value delivery. Develop and oversee the global Business & Digital Technology budget, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Lead special projects and carry out additional responsibilities as assigned. To join us, you should have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years in progressively responsible IT/digital leadership roles. At least 6 years managing and leading digital transformation in a global organization. Experience with Association Management Systems and Web Content Management Systems. Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project portfolio management Significant e-Commerce/Merchant Banking experience. Formal Project Management experience preferred. Proven success in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams of five or more staff and outsourced service providers. Demonstrated ability to create and execute digital strategies, monetize content, and deliver digital product roadmaps. Employment Type: Full-time, salary range $140,000.00 - $180,000.00. Various factors are taken into account when determining the final pay for a position. These factors include, but are not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, competencies aligned with the role, educational background, internal equity, and external market analysis.
