Base Pay Range

$146,880.00/yr - $172,800.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer implementations and serve as the primary point of contact for partners during initial deployments.
  • Own the creation, coordination, and execution of project plans in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • Manage each project phase: kickoffs, technical configuration, testing, clinician training, go‑live, and post‑live stabilization.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans with strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with support and operational management to implement process and tool improvements.
  • Participate in the creation of repeatable processes that will scale with growing concurrent implementations.

Qualifications

  • Track record of driving successful healthcare technology implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Excel at communication and synthesize information concisely.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented, managing multiple priorities at once with attention to quality.
  • Results driven with continuous process improvement focus.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at partner sites.
  • Escalate early with proposed solutions.
  • Creative, problem solver, bias to action.
  • 3+ years project management at B2B software deployment and implementation.
  • Experience implementing electronic record systems and leading through build and testing phases. Epic is a plus.

Ideal Candidate

  • Familiarity with systems requiring strict privacy and security protocols.
  • Knowledge of tiered support organizations and escalation protocols.
  • Up to 20% travel required.
