As we continue to grow and innovate, we are committed to preserving our legacy of craftsmanship while investing in the workforce that powers our future.

- Building a cohesive, company-wide high performing HR function while addressing the unique needs of each facility including identification of key performance indicators for the organization’s human resource and talent management functions; and assessing the organization’s success and market competitiveness based on these metrics.
- Providing expert guidance and resolution on complex employee relations matters, fostering a culture of fairness, accountability, and respect
- Championing initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture and being the lead communicator of management’s message to the employee population
- Developing a comprehensive employee manual and ensuring consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and practices across all sites to achieve business objectives
- Overseeing end-to-end talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning
- Partnering with plant leaders to assess workforce capabilities and implement skills development programs aligned with operational needs
- Ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEO requirements.
- Managing all leave and attendance programs, partnering with third-party vendors as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5+ years as the leader of HR in a stand-alone company with manufacturing, heavy industry, or multi-site operations
