As our client continues its transition from early-stage startup to scaling enterprise, we are conducting the search for the company's first Human Resources Director , who will be a hands-on, strategic HR leader who will build the company’s people function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CFO and serving as a key member of the leadership team, this individual will formalize and elevate HR operations, shape the culture, and create scalable programs that support long-term growth. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic perspective and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach, comfortable toggling between building processes and advising executives.
