Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations and drive organizational excellence. This individual will balance employee needs with business goals, foster a strong company culture, and provide leadership in all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, development, compliance, and compensation. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals. Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, building a strong employer brand and pipeline. Drive employee development, performance management, and succession planning. Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll functions. Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, coaching, and HR best practices. Champion company culture and engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and industry regulations. Leverage data and HR systems to improve operations and drive decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years at the Director level. Payroll experience required. Strong background in manufacturing, distribution, and non-exempt workforce management. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred. Proficient in payroll systems, HRIS, ATS, and benefits software. Intermediate Excel skills and strong written/verbal communication. Demonstrated experience in talent sourcing and recruitment strategy. Spanish-speaking a plus. Must include LinkedIn profile on resume.
