Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Partner closely with senior leadership to translate organizational goals into foundational HR practices and initiatives.
Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract a diverse and highly qualified workforce, establishing the organization’s talent acquisition framework.
Design and execute the full-cycle hiring process—including job descriptions, interview protocols, and onboarding workflows—from scratch.
Serve as the first dedicated HR resource and trusted advisor for employee relations, creating a positive, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
Establish employee engagement and retention programs that support a thriving workplace from day one.
Create and manage the organization’s first compensation and benefits infrastructure, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
Lead the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws.
Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance and continual improvement of HR practices.
Identify key learning and development needs, launching programs that build skills, support career growth, and promote continuous learning.
Implement systems and processes for maintaining accurate, secure, and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
