Vaco Phoenix is looking for an HR Director for a top client in Phoenix AZ! The HR Director must have 5+ years of experience, and will handle employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, and compensation. This is an in-office position, paying up to $120k-$130k per year plus bonus, located in North Phoenix and looking to hire immediately!

Responsibilities

Serve as a key liaison to promote effective communication across diverse teams within the organization.

Proactively address HR-related matters across all departments to support a unified and positive workplace culture.

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive business success.

Champion and cultivate the company’s core values and culture throughout all levels of the organization.

Lead the execution of performance management processes, including evaluations, manager support, and performance improvement planning.

Manage employee benefits programs and ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for new hires.

Stay current with federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure organizational compliance.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with data protection regulations and best practices.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and adeptness in utilizing HR systems.

Strong knowledge of employment laws with demonstrated application.

Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

A collaborative communicator with a knack for relationship building.
