Leading a team of HR professionals to ensure engagement and development on the HR team. The ideal candidate will have: 7-10 years of HR experience including prior experience within a fast-paced, manufacturing environment Experience managing a team of HR Professionals across multiple shifts and locations. Strong employee relations, talent management, talent development, employee engagement experience. Must have strong analytical skills (HRIS & excel) and the ability to pull reports to tell the story with metrics. This role is 5-days/week onsite Relocation assistance is available.
