Job Description Join us in this mission-critical role to lead and shape the communication efforts around our HR function, enhancing employee engagement and understanding across the organization. We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Communications professional to manage our internal communications. As a Human Resources Communications Executive Director, you will manage our organization's internal communications, including executive communications, campaign development and execution, event management, and other communications. You will be a dynamic leader, using your influence to manage change and communicate complex information simply and concisely. Additionally, you will excel in managing multiple initiatives, working through complexity, and collaborating effectively with clients, change partners, and managing a team. Job Responsibilities Provide strategic communications guidance for HR communications for a global workforce of over 320,000 employees across 65 countries. Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Lead a team to create engaging content for various channels, including digital platforms, Town Halls, events, and activations. Collaborate with HR leaders, communication partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding. Write, edit, and distribute targeted communications such as executive messages, program updates, success stories, and other content. Serve as a communications advisor to HR and leadership teams, providing counsel on communication strategies and initiatives. Minimum Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 10+ years of experience in communications. BA/BS in Communications, Business, Marketing, or Journalism. Proven success in developing enterprise and executive-level messages, providing counsel to senior leaders, and executing communication plans. Exceptional writing, editing, organizational, and execution skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment both as an individual contributor and team leader. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience in HR-related communications.
