Position Description: SUMMARY: Nvision is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Director to lead our human resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies to attract, retain, and develop talent. Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations processes. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements. Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement cross-functional strategies. Developing and managing HR budgets and reporting on HR metrics. Managing the HR team and providing coaching and guidance to team members. Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues. Conducting training and development programs for employees. Overseeing the administration of benefits and compensation programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and legal requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals. Detail-oriented and organized. Experience with HR management software and systems.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Occasional exposure to bloodborne and airborne pathogens or infectious materials along with occasional exposure to cadaveric specimens.
