HR Director

Lead and manage all core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR best practices and organizational development.

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of current HR processes, policies, and team structure.

Identify opportunities for operational improvement and recommend scalable, sustainable solutions.

Support change management initiatives and workforce planning.

Mentor HR team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Act as an internal consultant to elevate and enhance HR workflows, systems, and service delivery.

Provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

Collaborate with stakeholders to implement structural improvements and align HR strategy with business goals.

Proven experience as a senior HR leader, ideally at the Director level or above.

Strong background in HR operations, organizational development, and change management.

Demonstrated ability to assess and improve HR processes and team structures.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a plus.
