Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs and implement talent strategies.
- Serve as a key advisor on organizational culture, change management, and leadership development.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with leaders to ensure effective workforce planning and succession management.
- Champion employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
- Lead initiatives to measure and improve employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure pay practices are equitable, compliant, and aligned with market benchmarks.
- Manage vendor relationships and annual benefit renewals.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee HR policies and procedures, updating as needed to reflect legal changes and best practices.
- Lead internal audits and partner with compliance as necessary.
- Direct performance review and feedback processes.
- Support leadership development and training initiatives.
- Implement career development programs to build a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Oversee HR systems (HRIS) and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data, adhering to data privacy regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior-level role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in talent strategy, organizational development, and change management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels.
