Salary - $120,000 to $125,000/annually

Job Description Are you a strategic HR leader with a passion for people, performance, and purpose? Dungarvin is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join our team and lead HR efforts with Cambrian Homecare LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a mission-driven organization that supports individuals with developmental disabilities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As the HR Director, you'll serve as a key partner to senior leadership and oversee a team of HR Business Partners. You’ll align HR strategies with business objectives, champion talent development, and ensure compliance with all employment regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with operations leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Leading and developing core HR functions such as compensation, talent acquisition, development, and employee relations.
Coaching and developing HR team members.
Using data-driven insights to support strategic workforce planning and retention.
Promoting a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
Serving as an advisor on HR policies, conflict resolution, and organizational development.
Qualifications MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2-4 years in a director-level role.
Experienced in strategic HR conversations, project management, change management, and data analytics.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must be knowledgeable in federal and state employment law.
NICE TOHAVE:
SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
Experience in human services or healthcare field.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
