Job Description Partner with the Global VP of HR to align local HR strategies with global objectives. Lead workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and operational excellence. Provide strategic guidance to senior site leaders on HR matters including organizational design, succession planning, and change management. Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance. Manage and develop a team of four HR professionals, fostering growth and accountability. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Support recruitment efforts for key roles and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective staffing. Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture. Act as a key point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in human resources leadership, including recruitment, compliance, and employee relations. Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR management. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
