HR DIRECTOR Manufacturing
Were seeking a hands-on & strategic HR Director with proven success in multi-site manufacturing operations (2+ locations, 200+ employees). In this role, youll lead the HR function for 3 operations, balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution to drive results. This position reports directly to the VP of Operations and plays a key role in shaping culture, ensuring compliance, and delivering an outstanding employee experience across all sites.</span>
KEY QUALIFICATIONS Include:
Proven HR Leadership : 7+ years in Human Resources, including 3+ years leading in a manufacturing environment.
Multi-Site Expertise : Successfully supported a minimum of 2+ locations & 200+ employees, ensuring alignment and consistency across operations.</span>
People Developer : Track record of coaching and mentoring leaders to drive team performance and growth.
Change & Culture Champion</strong>: Skilled in organizational development, change management, emotional intelligence, and fostering high employee engagement.
Talent Acquisition Pro : Experienced in recruiting and selecting top talent for managerial and leadership positions.
Strategic HR Execution : Adept at creating and delivering HR strategies that ensure compliance, enhance the employee experience, and support business goals.
Business Partner Mindset : Strong business acumen with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
Tech-Savvy : Proficient in HR technology platforms and systems.
Continuous Improvement Focus : Committed to driving efficiencies, innovation, and process excellence.
Travel: Ability to travel to Nevada is required
EDUCATION:
Required bachelors degree in business administration or relevant field.
HR Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include:
Strategic HR Leadership: Execute HR strategies across multiple locations to ensure consistency, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.
Business Partnership: Collaborate with operations leadership as a trusted business partner while keeping employee engagement and satisfaction at the forefront.
Continuous Improvement: Lead with a CI mindset, streamlining processes to deliver efficient, timely, and positive outcomes.
Policy & Compliance:</strong> Develop and implement policies and procedures that uphold company standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide training and accountability for effective execution.
Culture & Engagement:</strong> Champion NGPs culture by partnering with management to drive engagement through coaching, learning, and development opportunities at all organizational levels.
Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruiting for managerial positions and lead onboarding programs to ensure successful integration.
Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations investigations with a focus on fairness, consistency, and accountability.
HR Operations: Direct daily HR administration, including payroll, benefits, 401(k), FMLA, workers compensation, unemployment, and all required annual filings and reporting.
