Duties: Participate in all meetings required by Relias to satisfy its obligations of contract and improve operations of the facility. This includes monthly scorecards, medical staff meetings, patient safety, and quality improvement meetings, and Relias team meetings. Communicate with Facility and Relias administration and team members in a professional and courteous manner. Assist in the development of plans for the implementation of quality improvement and risk management with the Inpatient Services Department. Lead compliance efforts with respect to Relias' Fraud and Abuse and HIPAA compliance plans. Perform periodic chart audits to ensure quality and compliance. Assist with Medical Direction of the Inpatient Services Department. Provide oversight of its outcomes and collaborate efforts with St. Dominic Hospital.
