People First in Savannah Local Team Collaboration Join our close-knit team of 32 physicians and 7 APPs at Memorial Health University Medical Center. Leading the hospitalist and working with the C-suite to achieve the highest standards for core measures and patient satisfaction. Qualifications ABIM or ABFM certified with significant prior hospitalist experience, preferred at a large tertiary, academic hospital. Approximately 85% clinical, 15% administrative. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Collaborate with Hospitalist Director. Practice in the Heart of Savannah Scheduling 7 on, 7 off, mostly clinical with some protected administrative time. Responsibilities Help support the Hospitalist Directors efforts in utilization management, compliance, and clinical documentation improvement at Memorial Health University Medical Center. Collaborate with hospitalist Director to identify and implement performance improvement initiatives such as length of stay, readmissions, and regulatory compliance. Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings and provide ongoing education and support to our network of physicians.
