Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program strongly preferred Minimum Associate degree in business, healthcare or a related field and a minimum of 5 years related experience Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or administrative experience in a hospice or home health setting Experienced in program administration including knowledge of healthcare policies and reimbursement practices Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance HOURS : Monday-Friday 8:30AM- 5PM - To Include After Hours and On-Call Expectations Based on Need.

Salary: $105,000 - $145,000 Annually - Offer Based on Years of Experience
