Responsibilities include establishing, implementing, and evaluating goals to ensure quality standards are met, and aligning with organizational philosophy. They are responsible for hiring qualified personnel, providing and delegating hospice services, conducting evaluations, and ensuring standards of care comply with federal and state regulations. Qualifications Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations Monitor sales and service performance Support and develop a diverse team that meets objectives Dynamic leadership that inspires high performance Effective communication skills to build relationships and problem-solve collaboratively Strong organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills Exceptional interpersonal skills to motivate, mentor, and influence others Preferred experience in customer relations and clinical development Administrative Management: 2 years Experience in the health-related industry: 2 years Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a health-related field preferred Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
